Mr Steve
I've been teaching PM Reading at PLKSHS since 2011. I firmly believe that the key to developing reading skills is in developing an enjoyment of reading. Bringing books to life, storytelling, curiosity, and exploration are all brought together in the PM Reading classroom. I also like to call on my background in computing in order to innovate the process, both in the lessons and in the reading assessment process.
Outside of the classroom my biggest hobby is reading and storytelling, so I'm fortunate to work in a place where I can share that joy with others.
Ms Kaur
Hi, everyone, my name is Kaur Harpreet, and I am thrilled to be your teacher. I've been teaching English for 15 years. Teaching is my passion, and I love nothing more than helping students develop their skills and achieve their academic goals.
I am professional and aim to have an orderly atmosphere in the classroom without stifling my students' creativity. I believe that as a NET it's important that students feel that they can approach me and chat with me, so building confidence in students and keeping an approachable demeanour outside the lesson has always been a focus of mine. My interest in becoming a teacher comes from my mother who was a great teacher. Thank you.
